1. Participation
This International tournament will be held in 2 sections:
A Master Class and an Open Class.
Participation in the Master Class will be reserved for players with an (FIDE recognized) title and an ELO rating >2200 and players with a personal invitation from the Organizing Committee.
For the players in the Master Class with an (Fide recognized) title of GM/IM/WGM/WIM and an ELO rating >2200, the Organizing Committee will cover the cost of an economic class air ticket and accommodation (hotel+breakfast). The Organization Committee will cover the cost of accommodation (based on double occupancy) of one player of every participating federation.
Participation is in the Open Class is open for every player of all federations.

2. Format and Time Control
The Master Class will be a played 9 round Swss, Fide rated tournament.
The Open Class will be played 7 round Swiss and Fide Rated.
Rate of play will be 90 minutes + 30 seconds increment starting from move1
If a player is not behind behind his/her board within 30 minutes after the official beginning of the round, he/she will lose the game by default,

- Cash prizes will be divided if more than one (1) person ends with equal points
- Each person in the Open Class can only qualify for one category prize. For Example: You can not get a category prize in the u-1900 and u-1700/u-16/ women section.
- Individuals in the top 5 of the Open Class do not qualify for category prizes.

5. Designation of the Winner and Ranking
Master Class/Open Class
If there is a tie in the final ranking the following sequence will be used:
1. Direct Encounter
2. Buchholz
3. Sonnenborn-Berger
4. Number of games won
6. Playing Venue

7. Lodging
Players with the right to free accommodations will be accommodated in Hotel Eco Resort Inn.
The check-in date is Thursday November 19th , 2015 and the check-out date is Thursday November 26th , 2015.
All players will be picked up at the airport (if flight details are known) and transportation to the hotel is free.

8.1 Appeals Committee

All protests must be submitted in writing to the Appeals Committee not more than two hours after the relevant playing session.The appeals process shall include written representations and a written decision. The Committee shall endeavor to find binding solutions for both sides. Each protest must be accompanied by a deposit fee of $50.00 or the equivalent in local currency. If the protest is accepted, the fee shall be returned.

9. Registration
